Bring a Lunch
If your child attends during our lunch time (noon to 12:30pm), please bring a lunch.

When is lunch?
Our lunch time is from 12:00 - 12:30.  This will allow students ample time to work through their lunch and relax with friends.

What do I bring the lunch in?
Anything you want really...Lunch can be in an insulated lunch box with ice pack - they are stored in the cubbies until it is time to eat. Please make sure your child's name is on the lunch (blue tape works fine if you don't want to permanently mark it.

Warming Lunches
We know kids like variety, so feel free to bring dinner leftovers, soups, etc.  We will warm lunches provided in a microwave safe container.  Please limit it to items that can be warmed in less than 2 minutes (no TV dinners please).  If more than one item needs to be warmed, please bring a sectioned dish so we can warm everything in under 2 minutes.

Dishes
We will send the container home for parents to wash.  You do not need to bring silverware.

What if you forget a lunch?
 If you forget a lunch and cannot deliver one later, we will provide what we can and you can pay the teacher $3 at the door when you pickup. We usually have cheese, crackers, fruit and veggies for snacks so we could provide an emergency lunch.  However, we can't guarantee that we would have all the food groups your child needs. 

I suggest making the lunch the night before and get in a routine to grab it in the morning.

Drinks
We always have water available for them to drink.  If you would rather they have milk or juice, please send it with them.
